This is a Photoshop Action to eliminate those blue lines on school paper. Admittedly it works better if you inked it. Instead of in the example where I only used pale pencil.

I made it for Sailormoon.org's Make Manga thread.

In conjunction with Eliminate White this should make it Super Easy to color things.

To control what it's eliminating, slide the white and gray slider (middle and right sliders).

This will work in Photoshop 7, Photoshop Elements, Photoshop CS, and Photoshop CS2.

Edit: I made a slight goof and made it so it wouldn't turn it black and white... so it wouldn't work on CS2 and lower. I fixed it. I replaced Black and White with Desaturate... sorry about that.
